Managing Broker —
Craig Loughridge is Bryson Realty's managing broker and
owner. Craig has been licensed as an Oregon real estate professional
since 1999. He is a graduate of  the
REALTOR®
Institute (GRI) and holds the exclusive Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR) designation from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent
Council. He has sold a variety of
residential and investment properties, together worth many millions of
dollars.
Before founding Bryson Realty in 2008,
Craig was licensed as a principal broker with the Canby office of
Windermere Real Estate. He also previously held real estate sales positions with Windermere, and with GMAC Real Estate in Oregon
City, where he sold numerous properties, mostly in Clackamas, Marion and
Washington counties.
Craig is a Navy veteran of six years, and
also served Clackamas County residents for eight years as a volunteer
firefighter/EMT and ambulance driver. Currently, he serves as a merit
badge counselor in various subjects with a local Boy Scout troop, and is
serving an appointment on Clackamas County's Emergency Medical Services
Council.
Craig earned his bachelor's degree from
the University of Oregon, where he studied at the School of Journalism
and Communication. He has lived in southern Clackamas County since 1993,
and is married with four children. For recreation, he enjoys tennis,
golf, skiing and outings with his family.
