Home Search Service & Buyer Representation

Buyers throughout NW Oregon know that I make them my first priority and that I scour all available listings to find a match for their home-buying wishes. I strive to be completely flexible in meeting their demanding schedules.

To have a skilled, experienced broker make your next purchase easier and safer, call me at 503-632-8258. You'll get a broker who has the highest commitment to customer service.

Outlined below is a partial list of the many services I provide to buyers. In nearly all instances, these services are provided at no charge to the client.

  1. Assess housing needs and desires;
  2. Search and review all available property listings;
  3. Call on properties that are "For Sale By Owner";
  4. Contact owners with expired listings to see if they may still be willing to sell;
  5. Preview properties for buyer, when requested;
  6. Drive buyers to and from properties under consideration;
  7. Provide neighborhood and schools information for homes under consideration;
  8. Research private and government agency sources for further property information;
  9. Negotiate aggressively on your behalf;
  10. Provide and complete purchase contracts and other sale-related documents;

  12. Provide loan contacts and information, when needed;
  13. Act as go-between for clients' attorneys, accountants, etc.
  14. Accompany clients to signing of closing documents;
  15. Assist clients in finding babysitters, movers, utilities and other services;

Under Oregon law, a real estate broker who works to find a home for a buyer must work in the best interests of that buyer and owes special obligations and duties to that buyer. The broker's fee, however, is most often paid by the firm that lists for sale the property that is being purchased. Fees for a buyer's agent generally are set by listing firms as a percentage of the sales commission owed to the listing firms.

When you're looking for an agent who can do the most for you, remember the broker who knows who really is Number One in real estate:  the customer.
